What to do

  1. Go to https://iforgot.apple.com

  2. Enter your Apple ID (email)

What it looks like:

Sometimes you may only see a message like “Your Apple Account is locked” or “This account is not active,” with no clear reason.

What to do:

  1. If you see a Request Access button on the screen, tap it

  2. Send a request to Apple to unlock your account

  3. Apple will reply by email or notification

  4. If access is granted, reset your password and log in again

Note: It may take 24–72 hours to get a response.

  • The device is still linked to someone else’s Apple ID

  • The device asks for a password that you don’t have

What to do:

  1. Go to https://al-support.apple.com/#/getsupport

  2. Fill out the Activation Lock support request form

  3. You will need to give proof of purchase (like a bill or receipt)

  4. Apple will review your request and may remove the lock

Note: Activation Lock cannot be removed without valid proof.

Step 5: If Your Media & Purchases Account Is Disabled

Your Media & Purchases Account Is Disabled

What you see:

You may get this message:

  • Your Media & Purchases account has been disabled

This means you cannot use services like App Store, iTunes, etc.

What to do:

  1. If you see a Continue button on the screen, tap it

  2. This will send a reactivation request to Apple

  3. You may get a reply in a few hours or 1–2 days

  4. If approved, your services will start working again

Important Tips:

  • Always keep your Apple ID and password saved somewhere safe

  • If you buy an Apple device from someone, remove the previous Apple ID first

  • Avoid entering the wrong password too many times

  • Never click on suspicious links or emails pretending to be from Apple

If your Apple Account is locked or disabled, don’t worry. Every issue has a solution – just follow the correct steps and keep your information ready. Whether it’s resetting a password, creating a new account, or removing Activation Lock, you can do it yourself easily.
