AMD Ryzen processors and Nvidia GeForce RTX GPUs have been added to HP’s redesigned Omen and Victus series of gaming laptops. The Victus 16 has Ryzen 7 series processors and up to RTX 3050 laptop GPU, while the Omen 16 has Ryzen 9 series processors and up to Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 laptop GPU. Additionally, the new Victus 16 is the first product from the brand to include a 3-vent cooling system and an RGB keyboard. AMD Ryzen 9 series processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 GPGUs are used in the new Omen 16.The laptop’s top-hinge design and square vents are intended to provide enhanced thermal efficiency by allowing for better ventilation. It has a QHD 240Hz screen. A manual shutter door and an FHD camera are also included on the laptop.
The new Victus 16 laptops are pre-loaded with Omen Dynamic Power optimization and are powered by AMD Ryzen 7 series processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 laptop GPUs (6 GB GDDR6 dedicated). The Victus 16 has three vents for enhanced cooling and an RGB keyboard. These laptops maintain ideal temperatures thanks to an IR thermopile sensor and the Omen Tempest Cooling system. Mica silver and performance blue are the two colour options for the Victus 16, and a 1-Zone RGB keyboard is also an option.
With HyperX, the Omen 16 and Victus 16 offer seamless integration. The laptops have an integrated audio module that enables simple audio pairing with solution 2’s ultra-low latency. Gamers can also use the included HyperX Cloud II Core Wireless gaming headset, which can be easily set up to provide a fluid gaming experience with excellent audio.
