After making its debut in China late last year, the Oppo Reno 13 series is now open to pre-orders in Malaysia. It is said that it will be the first phone launch in the country this year.
The Oppo Reno 13 series includes the Reno 13, Reno 13 Pro, and Reno 13F, in Malaysia. However, in China the series included only vanilla Reno 13 and the Reno 13 Pro.
The pre-order campaign is available now until the 10th of January 2025, which means the official launch is just round the corner.
By dropping a pre-order for the Reno 13 series, buyers can get free gifts worth up to RM2,266.

Oppo Reno 13 Series: What to expect
Oppo has yet to officially announce the full specifications of the Reno 13 series for the Malaysian market. However, what is confirmed is that the series is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset, though it remains to be seen if all three models will carry this particular chip for the Malaysian market.
Besides, Oppo also teased some AI-centric features of the Reno 13 series, such as AI Livephoto and AI Editor also found in other recent Oppo devices.. It will come with 120Hz Full HD+ AMOLED displays.
The Oppo Reno 13 series is also rated for up to IP69 for dust and water resistance.
Oppo’s Reno series has always been known for its back cover designs. With the Reno 13, Oppo has crafted a butterfly-themed design dubbed as “Butterfly Shadow” on the back of selected colour options, such as Plume Purple and Plume White.
There is also a colour variant called Luminous Blue which sports a design element called “Luminous Loop” around the rear camera island that will light up in the dark. This design is inspired by celestial meteor showers and “blue tears” that can be occasionally spotted at certain beaches, including in Malaysia.
