Old Samsung phones will get Android 15 update: Here’s the full list
Samsung has confirmed at this week’s “World of Samsung” event that the One UI 7 update will be rolled out soon. At the event, the company shared the timeline for the update and this news is special for those Samsung users who were waiting for One UI 7.
When this information was first revealed, only a few devices were said to get the update, but now more devices have been added to this list. Some of these devices are such that users will be very happy to see them.
The update will start from April 7, know which devices will get it
The One UI 7 update will start from April 7, but it will be released in phases. That is, this update will be available at slightly different times in different regions. For example, in Singapore, this update is expected to start from April 14. Meanwhile, we have got a complete list of Samsung phones that will receive the One UI 7 update in Singapore.

Will the Galaxy A series get the update?
The most important thing in this list is that there is no mention of the Galaxy A series. Does this mean that the Galaxy A series will not get the One UI 7 update? This seems a bit strange, as recently there were reports of Galaxy A55 getting access to One UI 7 beta. Also, these devices were promised four years of Android OS updates, so they should be included in this list.
In fact, devices like Galaxy A53, A33, A23, and A14 are likely to get the update. I have asked Samsung for more information on this and will let you know as soon as it is confirmed.
What new features will come to Samsung phones in One UI 7?
One UI 7 was launched on the Samsung Galaxy S25. It has a new design and slightly refreshed visuals for the home screen and widgets. The use of round icons can also be seen in Quick Settings and Settings menu.
The biggest change is the Now Bar, which gives the option to access existing apps and Now Brief on the lock screen. Apart from this, there is an option to separate Quick Settings and notifications, but you can switch back to the combined version if you want.
This update also includes some smart AI features, such as AI Select and Writing Assist, which will make your typing easier. There are also features like Drawing Assist and Audio Eraser to remove background noise in videos.
Thus, Samsung users are going to get a lot of new and smart features from One UI 7, which will make their experience even better.
