When you think of Samsung, your mind probably jumps straight to those gorgeous AMOLED displays, Galaxy phones that can fold like a burrito, or even their super-slick cordless vacuum cleaners. But a power bank? Not exactly the most glamorous gadget in their lineup.
Well, that might be about to change.
Samsung is gearing up to launch a brand-new power bank
According to the certification whisperers at SafetyKorea, Samsung is gearing up to launch a brand-new power bank, and it’s already got the green light from the Korea Testing & Research Institute for Chemical Industry. The model number? EB-P3910. And if that name sounds familiar, it’s because it follows the same naming format as Samsung’s wired battery packs, the ones that actually hold their own in a market flooded with plastic bricks.
Wireless might be trendy, but wired still has its edge. It’s faster, more reliable, and doesn’t throw a tantrum when your phone case is too thick.
And judging by Samsung’s track record, this one could be packing more than just power.
From what we’ve seen so far, the EB-P3910 keeps Samsung’s signature smooth edges and minimalist style, but ditches the soft beige for a cool grey shell. It’s clean. It’s classy. It might not scream for attention, but it’ll definitely blend right in with your Galaxy S24 Ultra or that Tab S9 you pretend to use for work.

There’s no official word yet on the battery size, output wattage, or whether it’ll get sibling colour variants, but it is expected to be something in the ballpark of the existing 10,000mAh, 25W range. For reference, the current model retails at around £25 or $35, which makes it one of the more affordable premium options out there.

So, while this new power bank might not be the star of Samsung’s next Unpacked event, it’s definitely one to keep tabs on especially if you’re tired of babysitting your battery percentage on the go.
Stay tuned, because this one might just power up your day in more ways than one.
