Xiaomi is said to be preparing to add another smartphone to its 15 series. Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Pro were launched in October last year and the new entrant is tipped to be Xiaomi 15S Pro.
The upcoming smartphone has now been spotted on a certification website suggesting its imminent launch in China. A new Xiaomi smartphone with the model number 25042PN24C has surfaced on China’s 3C certification.
Xiaomi 15S Pro: 3C Certification
The listing confirms that Xiaomi 15S Pro will support a maximum charging speed of 90W. However, one key feature that is part of the company’s flagship 15 series was missing — satellite communication. For context, the Xiaomi 15 Pro supports two-way satellite communication, and it remains to be seen whether the 15S Pro will follow suit.
Expected Specifications
Xiaomi 15S Pro is rumoured to be powered by the company’s proprietary chipset “XRING”. It is speculated to be based on a 3nm process and use ARM-based cores. If this SoC does make its way to the Xiaomi 15S Pro, it will be the first time since 2017 that Xiaomi used its proprietary processor instead of adopting options from OEMs like Qualcomm and MediaTek.

Launch details
While there is no confirmation about the launch schedule of Xiaomi 15S Pro, it may be unveiled later this year. It is most likely to be unveiled following the Xiaomi 15 Ultra debut in the global markets, which is expected to take place next month.
