OnePlus is all set to extend its Ace lineup with the OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra, and just ahead of its official launch, the smartphone’s full specifications and details have surfaced online through a China Telecom certification listing.
Display and Performance
Talking about the display and performance, the listing reveals that the device is carrying model number PMB110 and will feature a 6.78-inch flat LTPS BOE display with a 1.5K resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate.
Under the hood, it is powered by the octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, which is expected to handle demanding tasks and gaming with ease.
RAM, Storage and Variants
As per the surfaced reports, OnePlus is planning to sell five configurations of the new Ace 6 Ultra phone. The lowest capacity is 256 GB storage with 12 GB RAM; the highest capacity will be 1 TB storage with 16 GB RAM.
Also, there will be two colours available for users, the first is Ace Awakens (blue) and Metal Storm (grey).
Camera Setup
In terms of the camera, the smartphone is said to feature a 50MP primary camera paired with an 8MP secondary sensor. For selfies and video calls, users will get a 16MP front-facing camera.
While the focus is not so much on photography, it is still sufficient for everyday use.
Battery and Charging
The battery is one of the key features of your phone. The reports suggest a capacity of 8,600 mAh, which is far greater than the capacity of most existing devices.
As this large battery will take longer to charge, OnePlus has already stated that the device will support 120 W wired fast charging to help to decrease the time it takes to charge the device.
Build, Software and Features
The OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra is expected to come with Crystal Shield Glass for added durability, along with an in-display fingerprint sensor and an IP69K rating for protection against dust and water.
On the software side, the phone will run on ColorOS 16 based on Android 16.
Gaming-Focused Approach & Pricing Details
This OnePlus device seems like it is geared towards gamers. With this phone, you could buy an optional gaming controller accessory which would work in a hybrid manner, using both physical buttons along the backside and touch controls along the touchscreen.
This way, you could use the on-screen controls for movement and camera control, and the physical triggers for precision while playing your games.
