YouTube Videos Offline

You can block YouTube from downloading videos in a simple way by turning off Smart Downloads. Open the YouTube app> tap your profile picture> tap Downloads. From the Menu, select Settings> toggle Smart Downloads to off.

If your device loses internet connectivity while downloading videos, your progress will resume automatically once you reconnect to the internet.
