A fresh leak suggests that Samsung may keep pricing unchanged for its upcoming Galaxy Buds 4 and Galaxy Buds 4 Pro in the United States, even as concerns grow about possible price increases across its wider product lineup.
According to a report shared by well-known tipster Roland Quandt on Bluesky, the Galaxy Buds 4 are expected to launch at $179, while the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro could be priced at $249. If accurate, these figures would match last year’s pricing, offering some stability for buyers amid wider market uncertainty.
No Change Despite Price Concerns
Rumours have indicated that Samsung’s Galaxy S26 smartphones will undergo price changes. Due to increasing costs and pressures in the global marketplace, many expected that Samsung would alter its pricing for multiple devices launching this year.
However, the latest reports indicate that the Galaxy Buds 4 may not see a price increase, at least for the US market.
While reports had indicated that Galaxy Buds in the European market would have stable prices, there has been a lack of information regarding pricing for US consumers until recently.
While there is generally consistent pricing between regions, there can be moderate variations in the price a US consumer will pay based on local taxes and currency values.
Therefore, the US consumer will likely be happy to hear that prices will remain similar to those in her region.
A Fresh Design For Samsung Galaxy Buds
In addition to their new pricing, these earbuds are expected to undergo a variety of redesigns. Dummy units and prior leaks of the new earbuds indicate that Samsung will no longer use the previous style for charging cases, instead going with a redesigned charging case style and look.
The previous tall and angular charging case design, which has been on the previous Samsung Galaxy Buds models, has been redesigned to be smaller, rounder, and not as tall, although this still retains the same style of finish as the previous Battery pack.
The stem design of the new Galaxy Buds 4 series of wireless earbuds is still intended to remain as it was, but will be given a new metallic accent to give them a refreshed overall appearance.
The new Galaxy Buds 4 series will mark the end of a gradual design changeaway from the style that was used in older models of the Galaxy Buds 2 Series.
Launch Timeline
Samsung is expected to officially unveil the Galaxy Buds 4 and Galaxy Buds 4 Pro on February 25, alongside the Galaxy S26 series. Pre-orders for the new smartphone lineup are also expected to begin shortly after the announcement.
If the leaked pricing holds, US buyers may find some reassurance in stable pricing, even as broader technology markets continue to face cost pressures.
An official confirmation from Samsung will provide final clarity, as all these are just rumours.
