According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, we should expect interesting advancements for the next Apple Watch Series 10. The display and chipset are expected to receive considerable enhancements.
The impending tenth Apple Watch series speculated to be called the “Apple Watch X,” is expected to include some substantial changes. However, the design is believed to be identical to earlier Series 9 models.
Apple Watch Series 10: New Updates
The normal Apple Watch and the Apple Watch Ultra models in the Series 10 are rumoured to have larger displays. However, no exact size increase has been reported.
Furthermore, this change appears to have the ability to offer customers a more wider viewing experience. This can also lead to faster navigation, clearer data visualisation, and greater accessibility for people with visual impairments.
Apple Watch Series 10: Additional updates
It looks like the Apple Watch Series 10 may not include the full range of “Apple Intelligence.” Certain reports suggest that the enhanced chipset may pave the path for future AI integration.
The proposed combination of a faster processor than the S9 chip used in the Series 9 and a larger display has the potential to allow for the introduction of more advanced capabilities in future Apple Watch versions.
Apple Watch Series 10: Loopholes which need to be fixed
Apple is expected to have been involved in a patent dispute over the technology which allows the smartphones’ blood oxygen features. After Apple announced that sales of its Series 9 and Ultra 2 smartwatches in the United States would be paused beginning this week, it appears that the latest update will restore their appeal.
However, early reports indicate that Apple may find difficulties in implementing advanced health-tracking features. The Apple Watch Series 10’s features such as blood pressure monitoring and sleep apnea diagnosis require additional improvement. The Series 10 launch has been delayed due to technical challenges and worries regarding the new watch design’s possible influence on blood pressure readings. This new model is expected to be delivered sometime around 2024 or 2025.
According to Bloomberg, the design may not change dramatically. Some rumours even say that the watch strap may become magnetic. However, the improved user experience and performance are expected to appeal to both new and returning Apple Watch customers.
