Android phones and iPhones run two different operating systems, therefore, transferring data from Android to iOS might not come that easy.

If you have recently bought your first iPhone and want to transfer the data from your old Android device, Apple offers a dedicated ‘Move to iOS’ app for users planning to make the switch. This app allows users to wirelessly transfer their data- such as photos, contacts, messages, and more- from their Android device to their new iPhone.

The Move to iOS app is the best way to transfer the data from Android to iOS device. The app is available to download on Google Play Store.

Things To Keep In Mind Before Transferring Data from Android to iOS:

Make sure your phone is fully charged: Migrating data will naturally drain the battery at a faster rate. If the phone is low on power, then there is a good chance that the transfer process will be interrupted. The more the battery percentage, the better it is.

Stable Wi-Fi connection: A  strong static signal is necessary for seamless transmission which is being done wirelessly.

Make sure the iPhone has enough space: The memory of your target phone should be larger than the size of the data you want to transfer,or else it can hamper the process.

Back up your Android data to Google Drive: Google Drive is a great cloud product for Android users. So, backup your Android data to Google Drive before migrating data.
