Motorola Edge 50 Ultra Launching in India: Check The Specs, Features and Variants

The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra the company’s flagship smartphone will be released in India on June 18 at noon. Motorola is a Chinese smartphone brand owned by Lenovo. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 System-on-a-Chip smartphone, which launched in a few locations back in April, features colour themes that have been verified by Pantone. These are the details: 

Motorola Edge 50 Ultra: Variants and Availability

The Edge 50 Ultra smartphone from Motorola is set to launch on June 18 at noon. It will be sold through the company’s official website, Flipkart, an online marketplace, and a few retail locations. 

Before its release, Motorola revealed that Peach Fuzz, Forest Grey, and Wood—three Pantone-validated colour options—would be available for the smartphone. The Peach Fuzz will be available with a frosted glass finish, the Forest Grey will have a texture like vegan leather, and the Wood colour choice will have a back cover made of real wood.

Motorola Edge 50 Ultra: What you can expect

Some areas of Europe, Latin America, and some parts of Asia already have access to the smartphone. It is expected that the variation which enters the Indian market will follow the same path. Also, the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra’s primary specifications have already been made public by the manufacturer on the Flipkart product listing page. 

The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra is expected to include a 6.7-inch OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and 1.5K resolution, according to its selling page on Flipkart. With Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection, the display will have a maximum brightness level of 2500 nits. The smartphone, which runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen3 CPU, will come in versions with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of onboard storage. It has also been verified that the smartphone supports 50W wireless charging and 125W cable charging.

The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra Fusion will have a 50 MP primary camera and a telephoto camera—possibly a 64 MP sensor—with optical image stabilization (OIS) for imaging.

Motorola will probably integrate a 50MP ultra-wide angle lens to complete the triple camera setup on the rear.
