Samsung Launches Galaxy S26 Series Globally Alongside New Galaxy Buds4

Samsung Electronics has officially announced the global availability of its latest flagship smartphones, the Samsung Galaxy S26 series, along with the new Samsung Galaxy Buds4 series. The launch introduces three new smartphones, Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, Samsung Galaxy S26+, and Samsung Galaxy S26, designed to offer improved performance, advanced artificial intelligence features, and enhanced camera capabilities.

The company stated that the new devices represent the third generation of its AI-powered smartphones. These phones aim to make everyday tasks simpler by offering smarter suggestions, faster processing, and improved user interaction.

Strong Early Demand for the Galaxy S26 Series

Following their introduction at the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event, the Galaxy S26 models received strong early interest from buyers around the world. According to Samsung, pre-orders for the new series have already exceeded previous records, showing a double-digit growth compared to earlier launches.

Among the three models, the Galaxy S26 Ultra has emerged as the most popular choice. The company revealed that more than 70% of global pre-order customers selected this premium model.

Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra Brings Advanced Features

The Galaxy S26 Ultra is positioned as the most advanced device in the new lineup. It combines powerful performance, an upgraded camera system, and improved artificial intelligence tools.

One of the standout features of the phone is its new Privacy Display technology. This display is designed to protect personal information by limiting viewing angles, helping prevent others nearby from seeing the screen clearly. The technology works at a pixel level, allowing users to maintain privacy without affecting the normal viewing experience.

The smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Mobile Platform for Galaxy processor, which delivers significant improvements in speed and efficiency. The upgraded chip improves the phone’s CPU, graphics processing, and AI capabilities, enabling smoother performance throughout the day.

Samsung has also introduced several AI-based tools to make the phone more helpful in daily use. Features such as Now Nudge provide useful suggestions based on the user’s activity, while Now Brief offers reminders for important events and tasks. These features aim to reduce the number of steps required to complete common actions.

Improved Camera and Editing Tools

Samsung has continued its focus on smartphone photography with the Galaxy S26 Ultra. The device includes enhanced Nightography video technology, which helps record brighter and clearer videos in low-light conditions.

Another feature called Super Steady helps stabilize video recordings, even when the user is moving. A new horizontal lock option further improves stability during action shots.

The phone also introduces upgraded editing tools. With Photo Assist, users can improve images simply by describing the changes they want. In addition, Creative Studio allows users to create personalized content such as stickers, invitations, and wallpapers directly on the device.

Galaxy Buds4 Series Focuses on Sound and Comfort

Alongside the smartphones, the company has also introduced the Galaxy Buds4 series. The new earbuds are available in two models – Samsung Galaxy Buds4 Pro and Samsung Galaxy Buds4.

The Buds4 series features a new blade-inspired design with improved controls and a slimmer shape for a better fit. Samsung said the design was created after analysing a large amount of global ear-shape data and running thousands of simulations to improve comfort for long listening sessions.

The Galaxy Buds4 Pro includes a larger woofer and improved sound processing technologies. These upgrades help deliver richer audio quality across different types of music. The earbuds also feature improved Adaptive Equalizer and Active Noise Cancellation, allowing users to enjoy clearer sound while reducing background noise.

The earbuds also support hands-free voice commands and integrate with several AI features, making them a natural companion for the Galaxy S26 smartphones.

Availability and Colour Options

Samsung confirmed that the Galaxy S26 series became available worldwide starting March 11 through mobile carriers, retail stores, and the company’s official website.

All three smartphone models share a unified design and are offered in several color options, including Cobalt Violet, White, Black, and Sky Blue. Online-exclusive colors such as Pink Gold and Silver Shadow are also available through Samsung’s website.

The Galaxy Buds4 series is available in White and Black with a matte finish. The Buds4 Pro also has a special Pink Gold colour option available online.

To provide extra protection for users, Samsung is also offering its Samsung Care+ support program.
