Check If Your Samsung Device Is Eligible For Upcoming One UI 7 Update

Samsung One UI 7.0 update is around the corner. Although the exact release date is not confirmed yet, Samsung is likely to roll out the update early next year with the Galaxy S25 series. 

Based on Android 15, Samsung Galaxy users are eagerly waiting for the roll out of One UI 7 for enhanced and unmatched experience. 

One UI 7: Expected Features

Although Samsung is yet to unveil the features and capabilities of One UI 7, rumours indicate that the new iteration will debut several new UI elements, including a new stock icon pack.  It is also said to be the fastest and smoothest OS release from the South Korean tech giant.

Additionally, One UI 7 is also said to introduce a customisable lock screen and new widgets. It might include features inspired by Apple Intelligence-inspired AI. 

The Galaxy AI in One UI 7 is said to get a notification summary feature,  which will be a part of the Samsung AI suite alongside other tools like Live Translate.

One UI 7 is reportedly also set to bring features like homework help in Circle to Search, as well as more robust parental controls. 

One UI 7: Eligible Devices

One UI 7 will be rolled out to over 50 Samsung Galaxy models, which include flagship, mid-range, and entry-level smartphones, foldable devices, and tablets. Samsung currently provides up to seven years of software updates for select phones and up to five years of software updates on some devices. Meanwhile some budget smartphones will receive two major OS upgrades.
