Huawei MatePad 11.5 Debuts With 2.2K LCD Screen, HarmonyOS 4.2: Features, Availability
The Huawei MatePad 11.5 sports an 11.5-inch 2.2K (2,200 x 1,440 pixels) TFT LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, 229 ppi pixel density, and 86 percent screen-to-body ratio.
Huawei MatePad 11.5 has been released in China with a 2.2K LCD screen. The display offers 120Hz refresh rate, and is equipped with several eye-protection technologies to reduce screen glare and visual fatigue. The tablet is available in a PaperMatte Edition as well.
MatePad 11.5 ships with onHarmonyOS 4.2 and supports multi-device connectivity. It features a 7,700mAh battery which is said to allow up to 10 hours of local video playback. The tablet can be paired with the Huawei Smart Keyboard.

The Huawei MatePad 11.5 sports an 11.5-inch 2.2K (2,200 x 1,440 pixels) TFT LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, 229 ppi pixel density, and 86 percent screen-to-body ratio. This high-resolution display ensures smooth scrolling and sharp visuals. It arrives with SGS Low Visual Fatigue Certification, TÜV Rheinland’s non-reflective, hardware-level low blue light, and flicker-free certifications. The anti-glare technology is helpful particularly during long-duration of usage.
MatePad 11.5 supports 8GB of RAM, up to 256GB of onboard storage and runs HarmonyOS 4.2. A host of features, including SuperHub file transfer, multiple floating windows, multi-screen collaboration, and an upgraded Notes app are supported by the OS. The Education Center feature also offers tools for learning and productivity. The processor details are yet to be disclosed by the company.
In the camera department, the Huawei MatePad 11.5 houses a 13-megapixel main rear sensor. It is equipped with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. The tablet features a quad speaker unit with the company’s Histen 9.0 Audio technology.
The Huawei MatePad 11.5 is backed by a 7,700mAh battery with support for 30W wired fast charging. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, OTG and a USB Type-C port. The device measures 260.88 x 176.82 x 6.85mm and weighs 499g.

Huawei MatePad 11.5 price in China starts at CNY 1,699 for the 8GB + 128GB variant. The PaperMatte Edition for the same variant is listed at CNY 1,899. The base and PaperMatte Edition for the 8GB + 256GB option are listed at CNY 1,899 and CNY 2,099, respectively.
The tablet comes in three colour options — Frost Silver, Island Blue, and Space Grey. It is available for purchase in China via Huawei’s VMall website.
