Apple has announced the release timeline of its next major iPhone update, iOS 18.4. The update will be released in April and will add new artificial intelligence (AI) features under Apple Intelligence. In addition, this update will expand the availability of Apple Intelligence features to new languages and regions.

Following the launch of the iPhone 16e, the new member of Apple’s entry-level smartphone lineup, the company has updated its iOS 18 page. The page now clearly mentions that additional AI features and new language support will be available in “early April”, reports MacRumors. With this update, Apple Intelligence will get support for Chinese, English (India, Singapore), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Brazil), and Spanish, as well as Vietnamese and some other languages.
Delay in the launch of smart Siri in iOS 18.4
There is excitement about the launch of iOS 18.4, but so far the company has not released its developer beta. Earlier it was expected that in this update Apple will make Siri smarter, as it demonstrated at WWDC 2024 (Worldwide Developers Conference). The new AI-powered Siri will be able to give context-based and more personalized answers by analyzing the user’s personal information and data on the phone screen.
